That no person shall erect any building or structure in any zone unless the lot upon which such building or structure is to be erected has sufficient frontage on a public street as per the requirements of the respective zone within the lot is situated.( Zoning By-Law 92-50 section 4.11) Be it further resolved that Council authorizes the CAO Clerk- Treasurer to start land sale process according to the 2019-21 selling policy.Carried11.1Pave Nixon Road Resolution #2020-92Moved by:Simon RozonSeconded by:Karina SauvéWHEREAS the Township of East Hawkesbury authorize to reallocate from 2020 budget the Ontario Community and Infrastructure Fund toward Nixon Rd. as an addition to the Grand Montée Rd. contracted by Blair Construction LTD. NOW THEREFORE the Township of East Hawkesbury herby authorize CAO Clerk/Treasurer to award Blair Construction LTD the paving of Nixon Rd. Carried12.Discussions 12.1Impact of COVID19 on our finances Luc explained to council that we normally receive $30,000 in POA from the United Counties which was calculated in our budget. The United Counties have advised that there will probably be no distribution of POA this year.
