Council approves and accepts that there will be no billing penalty until May 31, 2020 on the interim invoice if paid late.

Discussion employee
 

Robert Kirby proposed that the employees in the garage and in the office work only one at a time
Jean-François will make a special schedule for the garage
Luc will ask Karine and Nathalie in the office to come to the office on different days. Also Hemi and Jessy have bine working from home and will keep it that way.

    Be it resolved that Council approves and accepts that during the pandemic of COVID19

    Jean-François Santerre will make a special schedule of one employee per day until further notice for the Road Department.

    Luc Lalande, Hemi Villeneuve and Jesse Hoffman will be working from home.

    Also Nathalie Theriault and Karine Desjardins will be replacing each other to work in the office on different days.
